1. Service : Services provided are limited to diagnostics, battery testing/replacement, and minor hybrid repairs for supported vehicles (including but not limited to Honda Civic, Toyota Prius, etc.).

  2. Pricing & Payment: All pricing is subject to variation based on service location, vehicle condition, and required labor. A deposit is required to confirm the appointment. Remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.

  3. Parts & Surcharge: If the Service Provider purchases any parts or products on behalf of the Client, the Client agrees to pay the full product cost plus a handling surcharge.

  4. Cancellations & Rescheduling: At least 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time.

  5. Liability: The Service Provider is not liable for pre-existing issues, unrelated mechanical failures, or damage resulting from neglect, misuse, or noncompliance with recommended repairs.

  6. Mobile Limitations: All services are performed on-site; however, certain repairs may be deferred or declined based on safety, environment, or access constraints.

  7. Warranty: Labor warranty is limited to 30 days. No warranty is provided for products, unless purchased through services.

  8. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
